Note: We do not accept cash. You must transfer funds to our bank account or Paypal before we dispatch the goods.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method from the options available.

Upon order submission, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order. If there are any issues with processing your payment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Currency

All transactions on Trade-Bay Ltd are conducted in Pound Sterling (£). Please be aware that your bank may impose additional conversion fees, which are separate from our charges. The final charge to your account will reflect any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Order Confirmation and Invoice

After a successful payment transaction, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain:

  • Order Number

  • Summary of items purchased

  • Total amount charged

  • Shipping details

This confirmation serves as your official receipt. Please keep it for your records.

5. Payment Security

We prioritize your security. Trade-Bay Ltd uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt sensitive information during transactions. Our payment processing partners comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure the highest level of security for your data.

6. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Trade-Bay Ltd to charge the specified payment method for your total purchase amount. In the rare event that your payment method cannot be authorized, we will notify you via email and your order may be cancelled or put on hold until the payment is resolved.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please get in touch with us at  contact@tradebayuk.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment used.

  • Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy (https://www.tradebayuk.com/refund-policy), which outlines eligibility for refunds, processing times, and related procedures. Refunds can take 14 business days (Mon-Fri) to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

8. Changes to Payment Information

You can manage your payment methods through your Trade-Bay Ltd account. If you need to update your payment information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Payment Methods.”

  3. Add, update, or remove your payment information as necessary.

  4. Save changes to ensure your new information is processed for future transactions.

9. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activities, Trade-Bay Ltd reserves the right to conduct verification checks on payments. We may reach out for additional information or confirmation for certain transactions deemed high-risk.

Payment Discount

We are happy to give you a discount if you pay by Bacs. Accepting card payments or PayPal costs us for each individual transaction. We pass this discount in full to our customers., When we started accepting PayPal, our charges were as high as 2.4%; however, as of today, we pay around 1.6%, but we have kept our discount, and we are still giving a 2.4% discount to our customers if you pay by Bacs.

Why are we giving this discount?

  • We want to pass this discount on to our loyal customers, which will be beneficial to us as well as you, the customer.

Can I pay by card and get the discount?

  • Unfortunately, No. If you make a payment by card, then we have to pay transaction fees. Please select Bacs as a payment method and enjoy this additional discount.
